Al Majara Spare Part Supplying and Maintenance Services
Heave Duty GE Gas Turbine
1) Supplying capital parts and consumable parts for all types of scheduled and forced outages (Combustion, Inspection, Hot Gas Path inspection and Major Inspection) for Frame 5, 6B & 9E.
2) Supplying various auxiliaries, operational and consumable spare parts for power generation units and balance of plant.
3) Provide required services and full crew (expertise, supervisors, technicians and workers) for all daily, planned and unplanned outages.
4) Providing technical advisors for support forced outages and troubleshooting for the below cases:
4 a) Turbine controller system speedtronic (MV, MVI and MVIe).
4 b) Generator excitation and protection system (EX2000, EX2100, EX2100e and GPP2100).
4 c) Firefighting system (CO2, Foam and water type)
4 d) Vibration monitoring system
4 e) Gas detection system.
5) Providing all lifting capacities of heavy equipment, machines, standard and special tools for outages.
